Nutritionist
Natural Farming Ambassador & Practitioner
"The secret to good health is rooted in our relationship with food, nature and the habits we build in our lives."
In my earlier years, I owned a gym — helping people move better, eat better, and feel better. It was during this time that I realised real change begins with what’s on the plate.
As a nutritionist, my focus turned to where true nourishment begins: the soil, and the plants that depend on it to grow. That journey led me to natural farming — exploring the living connection between soil health, food quality, and human wellbeing.

Garden Writer & Botanical Enthusiast
