We moved to the valley of Oare at the beginning of 2022 with the aim of working from and with the land using regenerative farming practices. Our home has become a retreat for natural growing and fungi cultivation as well as a space for creative workshops.
All with a soil to gut philosophy for how we can grow, forage, and eat food in a way that is nourishing for the body and kinder to the environment.
The future holds plans for wildflower meadows, edible forests and rejuvenating hedgerows, all with a back-to-basics approach to soil health.

I wasn’t entirely sure what a portfolio career was until making BBC documentaries evolved into ghost writing and becoming the pen behind the voice behind the brand. That’s the day job, or part of it, along with Kombucha, sourdough, botanicals and growing.
